Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered within metropolitan France. For returns from outside France, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gememories.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@gememories.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we may evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized products (including engraved or special orders)
- Items from our Final Sale collection
- Items labeled “Made to Order”
These items are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original piece and place a new order once the return has been approved.
